Today we read Stop and Go, Yes and No: A Book About Antonyms and learned about antonyms. We reviewed subject/verb agreement. In writing, we continued working on our SCCAARRYYYYY stories. We are having a lot fo fun with them. We also made our avatars today and wrote a short paragraph about ourselves for our week #1 blog challenge. In math we worked on using doubles for subtraction and played a game to review our addition facts. We also continued working on our Columbus projects.

what did you do for doubles with subtraction? Also I am stumped on teaching part/part whole. Any fun ideas…my kids aren’t grasping the concept 🙁
